At Rit Dye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your color results; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used due to the nature of our dyes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened dye bottles or kits in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Rit

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
